Shouldn't be off topic, its a expensive treatment that isnt covered by insurance so its business related.
And im fine buy my soon to be finance was born with a rare skin disorder (epidermolysis bullosa) which affects her hands and feet. Im hoping when I make it I can take her and my brother who has a learning disability and is nonverbal to get the treatment and either fix or at the very least help with there issues.

Yep thats it, thankfully it only effects her really on arms and legs but its still a very difficult disease to manage. Anytime she bumps into something it could tear her skin and cause a big wound so shes always got random bandages on.(no where near to that kids extent)
And I wouldnt say im kind or anything but I dont believe its actually "making it" unless you can benefit those close to you. Then your just buying garbage you dont really need just to show off to people who dont even like you for anything other then your money.

I tried microdosing on shrooms and lsd. Microdoses of shrooms did nothing for me. Microdoses of lsd was noticeable but not worth the hassle compared to the greater effects of smaller doses of other drugs like nootropics. As usual, like with weed, you have normies that blow their effects way out of proportion. Microdosing dmt might be worth it though.
