Let me start by saying that most of this is speculation. Just hear me out on this one.

I believe that Google, within the past month, has made a major breakthrough in AI technology. I also believe that they are waiting for a big tech event to release this information, specifically TensorFlow World.

Now, how could I possibly pick up on this, even if I'm not an insider? The answer to that lies on this site. reCAPTCHA.

Google has been using this technology for years to train AI, and that part's not a secret. But what seems very odd to me is that just a month before this big AI conference, the images for these reCAPTCHAs start becoming a lot higher in resolution. This indicates a massive upgrade in computational power, but what's more interesting is that the images have been getting more complex as well.

I'm running out of room to type here, so I'll keep posting replies to this with evidence to back it up.

These are some things that I have noticed the AI has recently learned to be able to do:
>Recognize partially obscured objects
>Recognize objects of a smaller resolution
>Recognize different types of the same object (e.g. car, truck, bus)

I'm sure this list goes on when applied to other use cases, but that's what I've seen so far. This is interesting because, as stated previously, IT COULD NOT DO THESE THINGS JUST A MONTH AGO.

Also, this all started right after the quantum supremacy announcement. I'm not sure if that's related or not, but it seems like it might be.

I have been attempting to scrub my online ID for some time now. I know these AI's will become major societies god and whoever decides to leave the system/speaks against it is instantly vilified. Even more sinister is the systems subtlety. Ever see crime postings of someone online? Sad face in handcuffs/being dragged away from public place. Those could be deepfakes/ subverted.

It all makes me sick.
