I've seen the fake volume on Binance; tokens nobody wants being wash traded over and over by bots and by Binance.
Canadian crypto fiat exchanges have no volume. Coinsquare is pretty dead. QuadrigaCV when it was alive used to have a couple market making bots running on it and you could see how it acts and responds to your orders.

Bitmex is the most liquid exchange. It's at an ATH right now in terms of volume. look at the charts... BTCUSD exchanges are all lower than in 2017.
i might be crazy but I think even in low volume situations on Bitmex i put up a bid and then immediately orders come in and try to bid up higher... it's probably paranoia but i've seen so much of that shit on fake volume exchanges... i wonder if bots were banned on bitmex how many human users are actually using it. So many of us have cashed out parts, if you've been here through a full cycle and devoted yourself to trading, you'd be in my shoes.

reminds me of a few months ago when i was sat on bitmex and there was a period of about an hour when it turned into a ghost town and all the bots stopped working. saw about 10 orders get placed in that time. same shit regularly happens to binance after they go down for maintenance etc.
