It's pretty hard. From my long research your best bet is either, in no particular order:

- Marriage

- Have a comp sci degree and get a company like Google to sponsor you to work in the US, do this a few times until you get a greencard

- Have around a million dollars and take the investor's route where you basically buy/invest into another company to create 15 jobs and then they hand you some special visa till you eventually naturalise

- Get the current company you work at now (which should be an international) to "transfer" you to the US department and after some time ask them if you can just stay there.
