Because the us is the reserve currency , you don't see inflation in goods that can be imported , but things like housing or education that can't be imported suffer the inflation.

That said the more quantitative easing is pushing the more that reserve currency status is destroyed , bitcoin early rise of 500x many times happened during peak quantitative easing.
