World of Warcraft just tought me about REPO MARKET right now

So Im doing Auction House gameing and I saw this items that were had super nice price. But I had no money and all my auctions were up. I literally had nothing to buy with.

So I spam trade for somebody willing to give me a loan..

Deal is, I will SELL you my FELCLOTHx10 (item in game) worth 2 gold each, so 20 gold, and I will buy it back in 2 days for same amount + 2g fee.

Reason this is good deal for guy buying is that I can't scam him. FELCLOTH goes for 2g+ on AH so he can just sell it to get his money back. But if decide to sell back to me, he gets a fee. Thats 2g profit easy for him.

On the other hand if he wants to sell to auction house, he needs to pay fee for useing auction house and then house takes 5% cut from the sale AND he also needs to find buyers above 2g.

For me... INSTANT liquidity for my assets

Now I can buy cheap items, sell for x2 withing 2 days, get back my felcloth and pay a small fee.

This is why you let them undercut you. And others undercut them. And then you undercutiing some more with just 1 item instead of a stack. Pushing price as far down as you can. Even advertising in chat that you are selling very low or buying very low. Make that shit go down as far as it can.

Until some fucker puts up 5 stacks of that shit at insanly low price and you pick up all of that shit and other underprices items. Then remove your underpriced items.

Now you just wait for prime time for buying frenzy. People comeing home from school/work, playing, crafting. Shit suddenly explodes.

Now you've got that juicy stacks you got at retardely low prices and you put them up at premium. And people are buying. Because its frenzy time. People need those items. And they will take it all.

Different markets operate differently. But all markets operate. You just have to figure how the market you are in works.
