We are taking steps towards that, see autodesk generative design, it's handheld with a lot of data but still same happened in Go for the first alpha go versions and after a while it wasn't needed, once the weights for alpha go were perfected then alpha zero was trained with 0 data at all and learned in an increasingly fast speed, there are things happening with AI that aren't given to the common public that just trains weights using python and matlab
