Nice, definitely worth it to keep liquor to a minimum. This is actually my first drink in 5 days. Cutting down on the sauce is probably the number one thing that helped me start feeling better on the day-to-day. Diet, exercise and good sleep don't hold a candle compared to it.

I'd say anyone having more than 3 drinks a week (remember one drink is 1oz of 80 proof liquor) on a regular basis should really try to cut down. Once I did I realized I was spending a lot of my life in a state of mild hangover. Nice to leave that behind.
