So in my city the roulette is 5 euro minimum without the '00' number. if i went there with a 1000 on my pocket and kept on betting the same color and doubled each time i lost could i go home with 500 euro?

no that method is the fastest way to loose. you have to remember that the pit boss can cause number or section streaks. they don't control the exact number but can manipulate the ball to certian spots. Theres 2 stratigies that i find works for roulette (usually make 100 and walk away). 1. bet the 50/50's odds and evens or reds and black. random pick one and switch every 3rd bet. ie [odd odd even] [even, even, odd]. once you get a feel for how the spread is bet bigger against a streak (4 odds in a row or 5 reds in a row= bet heavier on even or black) once you make a certian amount, walk. method 2. Take like 20 bucks and spread dollar amounts around the board betting on the lines/corners/ sections, ocassional 0/00. you spend around 100 and eventually make around 150 but may take longer. again once you make about 100-200 walk. the pit bosses where im at will start to take note then

You can't win on roulette longterm. Your odds are always negative, no matter what strategy you apply. Unless you can find an edge because the table is tilted or something you'll always lose in the long run. Stay away from Casino's, they're either expensively cheap entertainment that ain't worth your time or a black hole to keep throwing your money in untill you're bust.

Read about the martingale strategy, which is what you want to try. It can work briefly, but if you go on a losing streak you'll be fucked. Say you start with 1 dollar bet, if you lose 11 times in a row you'll be betting over 1k to win 1 dollar.

You can, it's just not likely.

That said, I've gone to 3 casinos, two in Atlantic City and one in Vegas on a trip for work. I left with with gains each time playing blackjack. 100 to 300 dollar gains each time. Atlantic City is better for blackjack because they payout 3:2 on blackjack, whereas in Vegas they payout 5:4.

A martingale system would probably work better on blackjack.

>> No.15555888

The reason Martingale doesn't work is minimum and maximum bets, which are designed to defeat it.

Usually you have a bet cap and you start again if you lose whatever bet you decided to cap on.

This defeats the object of Martingale completely.
