I made 3k off of XRP in 2017. Another 1.5k from selling all my other shitcoins on the first minute of the first hour of 2018 (to avoid paying taxes until the following year)
Haven't made anything since. I don't have a lot of money to gamble, so I just hold a bunch of shitcoins and hope that one of them does a x1000 or something.

Easiest way is to have a job and buy an affordable duplex/triplex/fourplex as your first house. If you buy right your tenant/s will pay for your whole mortgage while you live for free, and you get to find out if you really want to be a landlord. The nicer the area, the easier your tenants will be to deal with generally.
