I graduated college and couldn't find work for 3+ years, so I took my life savings and put it in cryptocurrency. I turned $10k into $800k in 2017, then lost it all when bitcoin crashed throughout 2018. I was honest about the gains on my 2017 taxes and as a result owe $250k to the IRS and $80k to California FTB.

I have $80 in my bank, am jobless, have no health insurance, no assets (aside from my computer), and have been staying on friends couches. I have a college degree and once again haven't been able to get a job since the bitcoin crash. I filed an offer in compromise because my gains were "phantom money" that never left the crypto exchange, but it was denied and now California is now filing a lien against me.

Since my OIC was denied, do I have any possible options?
