Well, I'm a huge closet weeb and have been making Japanese style beef curry rice, works out around $2-3 a meal. Have discovered that cooking from scratch is cheap as shit. Just find food you are passionate about and make it without using any premade garbage. Honestly they keep talking about how climate change is going to kill massive amounts of 3rd worlders, so I've been thinking about upping my meat intake to get this ball rolling faster.

Alpha Swede here, I actually looked into the video:
https://www.tv4.se/efter-fem/klipp/forskaren-unders%C3%B6ker-m%C3%B6jligheten-att-%C3%A4ta-m%C3%A4nniskok%C3%B6tt-finns-m%C3%A5nga-tabun-12496854

As I suspected the research is just a small part in a larger research that involves climate. He is fully aware that eating human meat is taboo and that it will never become a thing. The research is mostly about finding out why people don't eat human meat, why people find it gross.

He does not propose cannibalism.

So you can delete your image OP and stop spreading misleading information.

This is the recipe I've been using, twerking it here and there to my liking. I get 5-7 meals per batch. Gotta get the right kind of rice, I like Nishiki medium grain white.

I'm trying some gyudon recipes next, first one was a failure because I fucked up the sauce, ended up too salty because I didn't cut the Dashi with water.

Here is a redpill you are unprepared for. Eating is a jewish trick to get you to spend money on shit you don't need to. You literally don't need to eat. If you don't eat, nothing bad happens. Eating is not real. If you're eating three meals a day plus snacks, you are destroying your body, and pouring money down the drain. You need one meal per day, tops. Start intermittant fasting, lose weight, boost your immune system, build muscle, gain focus, and keep all your money, without pouring chemicals into your body, spiking your insulin all over place and fucking up the chemistry of your body and your brain.

You can just eat one significant meal every two or three days and just live on water and black coffee. This week since Monday I have eaten an omelette, a hamburger I made myself, a large fries from KFC, a bowl of tuna and rice, and an apple. It's now Sunday, that was my food intake for the whole week, and it was more food than I needed. I lifted every day and lost weight and gained muscle.

The actual redpill is that people are addicted to food, exactly the same as a drug. You dont need half as much as you're taking. It's just a work to steal your money and ruin your health and discipline, but if you are disciplined, fuck you don't even need it, you can literally do a week on and then a week off eating food. Long term fasting is easy and good for you and costs $0 and builds your mental acuity and discipline, which is exactly what they DON'T want you to have.

Practice. Eggs + toast is unironically a great place to start. Endless variations, and even if you stuff it up it's usually still pretty edible so you don't go hungry.
Start with fried eggs. Low heat, slick pan with butter or lard. Can use some American frankenoil like canola if you absolutely must.
Once you can realiably make fried eggs on toast, what youtube tutorials for how to make omelettes and soft-boiled eggs.

After eggs, chicken stir fry is very easy next step because even retards can see if small pieces of chicken are cooked properly or not. Use veggies you know you like at first, you can try new things when you're more certain you won't make it gross with your shitty cooking skills.

I second starting with eggs. Tons of different cooking techniques can be tried on them, hard boiling them to make egg salad, etc
