When my grandpa was alive I remember he always told me to be wise with money, "Always have two bank accounts, one the official one, the other one hidden from your wife".

He's no longer around to ask him: What if my wife just goes to the bank and straight up asks them about my bank accounts? Wouldnt the lady at the counter just tell her oh yes Mr. anon has a few accounts with us here"?

On a similar note, does anyone here have experience with opening up a swiss bank account? How does one go about doing this? Do you need a minimum capital amount to be able to open it? thanks

You can’t just open a Swiss bank account. You have to own a business there, or be a resident. I looked into it a year or two ago. You’d have to go in to the physical banks to apply, you can’t do it remotely. Just store your money in bitcoin or open a bank account at another bank and do email statements so they don’t mail you shit
