Uh no, I grew up in the 90's, played outside all day etc. We drank from the hose. It was great, sure. But at some point you came in. And at that point, vidya which is clearly the subject of OPs pic, was instantly better once digital internet came along. Console was infantly better than even today though. Ps1/2 were by far the best consoles ever made. Regular nintendo was the shit too though.

I'm nostalgic for the late 1980 early 1990s. Think about it the Soviet Union just fell, no new threats were identified. It was calm and peaceful and we could just worry about the new piece of media to consume. Things seemed fresh and real and pizza was much better quality.

I don't cope about 90's. I'm even glad that I survived into 00's and didn't get bankrupt, raped, sold to slavery or shot.
But I have missed out on the 00's and 10's. 10's are okay, because my biggest mistake was not buying Bitcoin early, and 00's were the time when I could turn my life around. I don't know how to cope with this, I can't even forgive my past self for being young or something else, I feel really miserable about the situation.

31 year old boomer here. The 90s were pretty dope. Nickelodeon cartoons still had wholesome values,the music was pretty memorable, Nintendo 64 was awesome, the economy was good, no terrorism except McVeigh, no real wars, but the internet sucked so it kinda balances out
