Hello /biz/
Do you have mental habits/exercises to remain concentrated longer and being less of an ADD retard?

I can only study efficiently something like 3 or 4 hours a day and I need to double that.

Try aderal for studying. It really helps but don’t cram study with it. Set up times where you can take it and focus. It’s hard to sleep after aderal though and it’s quite addicting. It really does give you that motivation to study though. Just make sure you drink a lot of water while taking or you can stress/ burn your kidneys out

Aderal is a stop-gap. Try doing harder, more focus-intensive work. You see a lot of ADD people cured when they go into more strenuous career, airline pilots in particular.

Hey I used to tripfag on fit for nootropics and roids.

Concentration at any given time is how much positive feedback you get from what you're doing at the moment, so without going into too much detail, you either need to adjust your mindset or your chemistry so that you get more positive feedback from doing what you MUST do or what benefits you, or you have to lower your threshold for maintaining focus.

I recommend:
Prl-8-53
Rhodiola Rosea extract, like in Walmart testosterone boosters for example.

For basics. Beyond that, testosterone and fluoromodafinil or Adderall, in order of ascending risk and reward. Adderall does shoot your memory in the ass sometimes though.

I don't want to use aderal or modafinil, I tried them both and they more or less exhaust you after some time.

I learn pretty hard subjects already with a lot of infos to retain, but I don't know how to break this wall of 3-4 hours and push it to 5-6h daily or more.

Is there a form of meditation which can help me break the resistance?

Hard subjects Like what and to what benefit?

Get yourself in more high stress performance situations, like take up paintball or jiu jitsu so you can operate better.

Do bilateral stimulation while breathing in through the nose for 3 seconds and exhaling from the mouth for 6 seconds. the two to one ratio is the important part.
You can use two hand massager to do the bilateral stimulation.

I'm in med school, it's not as intellectually demanding as mathematics but there is a lot of material to memorize and some topics like physiology are not always straightforward.

Meditation, I thought it was hippy nonsense until I read it literally changes your brain, it physically/visibly changes your brain in scans, so it's not just placebo or bias... there is actual science behind it

Download an app that requires daily sessions, you do it ever day, guided, first session is a couple of minutes and it gradually increases in time

If you're a low attention retard like me you'll notice a difference instantly

You can only really concentrate for 5 hours max a day, it's a matter of glucose and NT regeneration.
