I'd recommend not diving head first into 1kg or high oz bars unless you regularly make a lot per year and a few grand is just a small percentage of your paycheck.

It's like with stocks, you want to accrue your shares over time so you can actively buy dips and even during spikes if you buy, it doesn't ruin your average cost/share. Same goes for the cost per ounce with your stuff. There's no doubt some retard who, during 2011, bought in all at once at over $50 an ounce.

Also it's just silver at the end. That's all your buying. Not the brand or anything. Don't worry so much about anything fancy as long as it's from a reputable source that you know will send you just silver.

>>15443964
You can buy wholesale fake silver plated American Silver Eagles for pennies each. The idea that somehow coins are harder to fake is really retarded. It's also retarded to not buy from a dealer and to sell to "normies". Why do I want to sell to normies?

Bars can be a bad idea because in a lot of countries they are subject to VAT while coins are taxfree because they are a currency (for the ones with a monetary value stamped on it).
For example where i live bars have a 20% VAT where coins are at 0%, so coins get a lot cheaper in the end.
So beware of regulations in the country you plan to buy to be sure to get the cheapest stuff.

i overheard a story from my boss. He said he fathers old business partner bought a bunch of gold miners when gold was finally made available again for public use. he turned 80k into a couple millions(im quoting my boss)

but think about it another way
if a miner makes say $100 profit from minining gold @ price of $1300 per ounce then he makes double the profit from mining the same gold if gold goes to $1400 per ounce.

for that reason i think mining shares and physicals will be best investments.

That’s just trading volume, there’s a lot more buying and selling of silver ETFs than physical silver. And OF COURSE there is, that’s one of the purposes of the ETFs.

Paper silver is much more liquid than physical silver. But you can’t access it if shtf.

So you don’t get to rub your peepee on it while fantasizing that you’ll be a big boy when the world goes to hell.

No! I was more thinking of preppers who think that the world will invert someday, and that the losers will be on the top with all the pussy and the power.

Also it does sound like something goldbug-types would do with all that cool, smooth, shiny metal.
