Their precious crypto dumped...not just one of them but every single one. Huge dumps too that wiped out pretty much all of their value.
Even if they sold 100% they wouldn’t be able to buy much more than a thimble full of silver. And where would they keep silver anyway? Their mom isn’t going to let them keep metal in the house.

Then get one of the surplus Beretta 9mm, police trade-in Glock, CZ P10c for $350 very often. Once you buy extra mags and ammo fro the pistol and an optic for the rifle you might be over $1000 but that baseline will put you head and shoulders over people with nothing.

I feel very comfy but also very JUSTed at the same time frens. I'm a poor NEET with not much capital and after some extensive research i put the few $$ i had in silver last year, pic related. Not much, just a 200oz stack.
I planned to get more but didn't had enough money left. But last month i got an inheritance of 15K and wanted to put everything in silver, but since the price started to moon, i wanted to wait for the good moment, ie. after a dip.
But it seems silver is on a stellar mission and it get always more expensive each day passing.
I don't have the mental fortitude, should i wait for a price correction or should i bite the bullet and buy it now? It's important frens, i need to get some vagene action and for that i need more silver.

For 200€ i purchased online this beautiful pietta 1858 new army .44 without any paperwork, sure it's not a glock or an AK, and it take forever to reload, but it's pretty powerful and indestructible. It's expensive because you need to hang up lights and fans and purchase potting soil and fertilizers to grow the shit, and protip a lot of the electronic equipment used to grow weed probably contains silver. Silver is cheap because it's a biproduct of mining. Do you know how many silver mines worldwide are still in activity anon? 14
And more than half of them are poly-metallic mines, because silver is a by-product present in others metal veins, mainly zinc, copper, lead and gold. You know why? Because at the current suppressed price mining silver isn't worth it. At all. The ground ratio is 0.06 per million, silver is actually pretty damn rare, to give you an example it's the exact same ratio as mercury, and around 7:1 to gold (tho it's pretty hard to know exactly, because most of the silver ever mined come from vulcanic activity during the tertiary period, so it's spread in weird patterns (for example biggest mining spots are in SAmerica, Poland and Australia, with giant zones almost silver-free in between, you cant make it more random).

Shouldn't pay more than a couple bucks over spot, but if they're government minted, or you're buying local for cash that might be pricier.

20 euro is about 22$ USD, or 4 over spot. That's not too bad for a single coin. You should get them cheaper if you buy a tube (25) or 4 tubes (100)

it's not a weird local coin, it's got an excellent reputation globally. On par with maples, eagles, Krugerrands and whatever Australia makes I forget the name. Kookaburra or whatever.

He's right, you know.

People trust silver produced by recognised mints. That fancy ass hand-poured bar, or those cheapo rounds you got from China? Not so much.

I see some guys stacks and they have all this pretty, collectible shit like Marvel silver proofs and a selection of world mints and fractional coins so on. Keep it simple. Buy recognised coins (or bars), 1oz, in bulk. Eagles, Britannias, Kangaroos, whatever. Pick one and buy the shit out of it.

>> No.15434169

>>15433965
Exactly. I can much more easily flip a tube of Silver Eagles to some Joe on the street. Joe can even verify the authenticity of himself with little effort, (verify dimensions, weight, or even just compare it to one he already has).

It is much more difficult to flip a tube of generic buffalo rounds or bars. There's nothing to compare them to, many don't have a mint named, each mint does their own version, and theres a hundred on wish and eBay that look just like them that are fake.

You can still verify them if you know what you're doing, but it requires more work, and you're assuming more risk. Once I came to this realization, I started collecting more eagles and less generic.

>> No.15434764

Depending on what it is, Spot or maybe a slight premium. Junk is Junk for a reason. If you sell it for numismatic value for someone willing to pay a lot, then good for you, but it's not like foreign money is rare or uncommon here. I've got a ton of foreign coins I didn't even pay for. Just shit I've found over time.

>> No.15435498

>>15434169
You're not wrong, but there's a lot of guys like me who just fucking love stacking generic and unique silver rounds. Fwiw lots of those rounds have a niche following and will pay a hefty premium for them on eBay. But yeah, in a mad max scenerio, it would be a pain to sell them to the average Joe. I don't think that matters though , we won't see mad max level, we will only see recessions. And ironically, even though some of the generic or branded rounds go for a nice premium on ebay, my local coin shop sells them for barely above spot...so it's the cheapest way for me to stack on a budget.
