Jarvis was probably the best tech youtuber with TechLead right there with him (both have different styles -- techlead uses a lot of sarcasm in his vids).

Jarvis pretty much abandoned the tech culture of youtube and became a general youtuber. He does pop culture commentating mostly now. It's a shame because he is/was the best SWE youtuber. He had videos discussing the youtube algorithm, spoke on the basics of coding, tackled imposter syndrome, how to start off in the career, etc.

I work at a
large STEM based government entity, our building has approximately 400 employees in this one branch alone. What I've noticed is that yes there are women in stem fields but in the real world, the vast majority of them at work are relegated to very basic near secretary tier work. Similar to the typists of years ago. Women are in very few positions where their fuckups can actually put something in jeopardy. They're at most, simple excel organizers, or clerical work. Out of the 400 there are maybe 15 in actual important positions, and these women I've met really and truly deserve it. These also happen to be the women who just have the personality of a man. They're tough, and their positions well deserved.

If it's not written for typescript, it will obviously have issues when compiled through typescript. There are other tools to detect javascript bugs like jslint. Having a lot of bugs in your code is the sign of an amateur. Using a framework/tool to alleviate the problem won't change that fact. That's just cargo cult programming.
