The point is, is that without anything else supporting their value, they are doomed to fail. Investors will lose interest in it because there are no new developments, and if there are any new developments they are so small, they are pretty much irrelevant. Companies who have stocks have something else to offer, having new developments that bring in new investors. Without that cryptos have no value and are doomed to fail

Increased production now comes from increases in efficiency and that decreases demand for workers. The workers having less of the pie means reduced demand for products that are now more efficiently produced which causes deflation. Governments have to introduce massive amounts of artificial inflation to counter this and "distribute the wealth". Your numbers go up because they're designed to go up, that doesn't mean your government subsidized internet clothing shop for dogs makes any sense. It's not any better than my magic internet money and the scam industry around it.
