Firstly, they're ethyl. And secondly, it does. You don't have to explicitly write C for carbon, it's just given that every "angle" is another carbon. Which, in turn, is assumed to be saturated (with hydrogen) unless otherwise indicated.

If anything, OP's pic is slightly redundant in showing the CH3's, the wiki representation (shown here) is perfectly clear, though.

You know I've never taken a really good look at the molecule before. The fact that it has one ketone. So many carbon rings. Such precise placement of hydrogen bonds. A lot could go wrong.
