Veal 15$
Chicken 6$
Lamb 10$
Fish is insanely expensive if you want wild one of better quality. Easy gets 30$ and you are hungry after few hrs so I don't eat that often. Maybe once a month or get some cheaper wild for 6$
Average for meat is about 10$ and 5$ for veggie if you have bit ubder 1kg of each for lunch it is 400$ a month just for lunch. I don't smoke, do drugs, drink soda, etc so i am good with 600 a month. Yes you can eat just sandwich, pasta, dot dog and pudding and you will be good for 400 but you will get sick in few 5-10 years like most do
