The whole point of a card being "immutable" is fucking retarded, they can change the balance of the meta to make the card worthless so it doesn't matter if you "le own it forever." This is just another attempt to cash in on the blockchain meme.

I wish I could sell my hearthstone collection, many people feel the same way. There is a huge utility to being able to trade and so much less risk to buying in if you know you can cash out at the end.

The games themselves, deck building @ theory crafting are fun, but only in a fair scenario - where everyone has access to every card from the start. Then the game is about the gameplay and not collecting the best cards (be rich, so the best way to progress isnt actually to play the game but to get a job), but that doesnt shake millions out of basement nerds so it rarely happens

They're in a weird place on the p2w chart. You pay more for more tools but if the tools are properly balanced you shouldn't get any more advantage for paying $1000 instead of $100. I think cosmetics are a really good thing in this area, the shine versions can be rare for the collectors but the non shines can be much more affordable for players.
