Ok I did read the whole thing. DLC isn't directly related to the Oracle. DLC are used so :
-2 entities agree on a contract without having the Oracle (so maybe Chainlink) know about the details of the contract
-2 entities don't need to trust each other

It's pretty cool. But in the end, indirectly, it still needs a trusted oracle.
