I have nearly $100,000 saved up in the bank from living with my parents but also having a Job that pays $60,000 a year.

What the fuck can I do that will earn me passive income that involves very little of my time. I have zero skills or knowledge about this shit.

Plz help, this money is just wasting away sitting in the bank.

Buy some Chainlink then wait for staking, then stake it in an insured node pooling service then earn monthly passive income from staking gains.

Do NOT do this. Dash is an ancient shitcoin that no one cares about.

Watch some YouTube videos on Infinite Banking Concept.

tldr; get a whole life insurance contract with a guaranteed dividend. borrow against that whenever you need cash. pay yourself back with interest. it’s exactly what banks have done for thousands of years.

loan your money out to people, via some company that does that, you get aprox 15% interest yearly with over $50k loans.

Also while not entirely "passive", I would suggest putting $10k into cryptos with 5x$2k batches to different coins, since its only a small amount from your total savings and it could pull you off with more than 10x within a year or two if you choose right

IBM is undervalued right now. Plus they pay like $1.60 dividend quarterly, that's like $5000 per year passive.

WTF, companies do that? Also, I put around 10,000k into various cryptos last year. Hasn't made me money so far, but I'm holding.

>> No.15256478

Unironically buy a rental house and have a rental company rent it out for you, at least if you don't live in a shithole.
Even if everything falls apart. You have a place to live at if you need. Plus you can collateralize if you see a great investment opportunity in the future.

This is probably the best passive returns you could get outside crypto.

This is also an option. I bought a condo for $250k and put my neet old brother in charge of landlord duties. I let him keep the profits just to keep him busy, family first I guess but I get 2200 in rent every month and the place is worth in the high 300s now. Not sure what ops options are for 100k though.

If your shittokens haven't gone up in over a year, you need to fucking sell those shitbags and get decent investments. If you don't want to dump part of your 100k into crypto, fine, I understand if it hasn't worked out for you well yet, but at least sell all your current shitcoins for Link already, it's literally been the best performing crypto for 2 years in a row now and will continue being the best performing crypto for many years to come too because Link literally has constant good news every month.

Buy a condo with a loan and rent it out. Have the guy pay you rent higher than mortage. Make passive income and have some shmuck pay off your house. Boom in 15-20 years suddenly you bought a $250k condo for $30k
