This is evident as soon as you stop for a day or two and get headaches and other withdrawal symptoms. I believe that everything should just be in moderation, too much of anything is going to have adverse effects. Yeah that was the same for me and ostarine. In my case, I think it's cause my shbg was too high before and since ostarine tanked it, after recovery it was still probably lower than before (never got shbg baseline bloods)

I'm not sure what causes that, that feeling of jittery anxiety. I've experienced it before but it has been awhile. Quality of the coffee perhaps or using too much grounds. Yeah bullet proof coffee has butter and MCT oil. Other things I put in it are pink himalayan salt, cinnamon, and turmeric. If I want to add protein in the mix because I'm skipping breakfast I'll add egg yolk or collagen protein powder.
