IANAL, but it seems to me that citing the thousands of retweets by the NPCs following McCormack which parrot certain types of unsubstantiated slander might be convincing enough. The thing is, since both CSW and McCormack are UK residents in the McCormack case CSW's team does not need to prove that the damage is localized to England Wales, since both the plaintiff and defendant's residence is enough to establish jurisdiction over slanderous content, irrespective of where said content was not published.
