It doesn't exist anywhere else and there are zero reasons for it to move. It requires very few transactions per user, it can easily grow 1000x on the current network. The amounts per transaction are big, meaning even high fees are irrelevant.
The network effect is strong, dai+lending dapps+dexes+other stablecoins. There's nice synergy between usdc and dai, both on coinbase.

For these reasons, I can't imagine DeFi moving anywhere else. DeFi = ethereum. Deal with it.
