ETH inflation model is unknown. Vitalik himself stated it would take 100 years for ETH supply to reach 100 Million. It is at 107 million in 3 years. ETH monetary policy is not set in stone. It's make it up as you go. The inflation will go up again when ETH has to please both stakers of ETH and miners in a hyper POS/POW model

Eth has a very high likelihood to pump absurdly after full PoS, for the same reasons. If the fair utility demand price in 2025 is $2k, full PoS could pump it to $50k/eth due to a positive feedback loop in which increasing price increases the apparent staking income, with institutions fomoing in on the 'smart contract revolution'.
Then it's going to crash - to something near $2k.
