I was ((diagnosed)) paranoid narcissist due to my inability in expressing these concepts. It put strain on my relationships and life. Now I stay quiet, responding to conversation with "uhuuhh" and "ahh yeah" while my mind is in far off places.
I am lonely here but it is my own fault. Any suggestions on books and material I can use to help me? I am not a brainlet, I just struggle to articulate. When is it appropriate to open up my thoughts to others?

In this case you could take a push on science and end up in some small lab doing niche educational videos / 3d visualizations. There is demand for this, recall yourself in early ages when people were telling about chemistry and everyone was like "meh, boring". If there are sparkles in your eyes and you know from which angle to show this, you could make it this way. Sort of Albert Hoffman or Alex Schulgin who does crazy stuff in his small lab, then releases and everyone around is like "whoaaa"

Answers on questions like this can't be found overnight, but at least if you have direction of thought, eventually you can find solutions or have a hint where to look for them.

Anyway i would recommend you to look for documentary movies visualizations, can guarantee there is a niche for this, and as a person who understands whole process on molecular level you can be part (or lead) of creative group who can work / cooperate with international labs in this division. It's broad thing, if you're in this industry you should know how to play this, I can only tell that to me chart says you could find yourself in similar conditions / circumstances. Spreading knowledge in a team of think-alike guys is great way to live in a joy, really

Possible solution is to study philosophy, history, sociology and similar things to become person with wide interests and giant bookshelf, and also "take care" of people around who are behind you in terms of progress, let them get on your level, become a leader / administrator / organizator to a group of people in similar circumstances / stage of life. Share your knowledge and life path, or create a stage for people who can do it if you feel yourself not as best person for this.

By doing this you can create a space for like-minded people to join on regular basis and do things. You invite people, other guys bring their friends and your "organisation" benefits from this traffic since more people involved and you can do more things together. When you will be comfy in a role of leader and will have established auditory of these hosted events, eventually people will know about you and start to reach out to make things together. You will be able to provide your human resource, give jobs to people, make contacts with higher guys, and by just helping others and hosting events you can become wealthy enough not to care about money

I'm not talking about religion stuff, you can just host master-classes or make a hobby space or exhibitions. You need to cooperate people around you to exchange knowledge, alongside with this they will have chit-chats, it will spark interest, people will like to visit these events and you just have to keep the wheel rolling

Not for money, it has to be something interesting so people would like to cancel their daily stuff and go to your place to spend time in unusual way, like open days at Google Creative Studios. Just imagine if they hosted similar event: "hey, let's do something together, open days, come in, everyone is invited!". Networking, fun, skills, connections, problem-free zone. Be first to make this place in your town
