Holochain is the protocl and holo is the hosting app. Hosting apps, or other Happs, need holofuel to pay for hosting, so HOLOFUEL is essential to everything that is related to holochain, in the beginiing. If hosts decide to create their own currency for hosting later that's on them but HOT and HOLO and HOLOCHAIN go hand in hand right now.
