At 200k mortgage free. At 400k mortgage free plus a duplex and small passive, still working. At 700k mortgage free, few properties, reasonable passive income, no work. Already have the wife, kids and dog. Already know this is possible in my area.

20 mill here. I get that at about $80-90 Link. I would probably be set for life with about 5 mill pre tax but I'm waiting so I can have that reserve.
