Become a consultant on literally anything, repair computers, do photoshop/video editing, photograph weddings, sell bottles of water near events, paint houses, help people move, write articles for cheap, etc etc

Oh lets see, I am 30 and run 3 businesses:

Airbnb management business I hired some minority to run for me, makes me $30k/year

Local business: $60k/month income, I take a meager $5k/month salary as owner. I haven't spent more than 10 hours there in the past year.

Amazon: $8k/month salary, the rest reinvested in growing the business more. Also run by some minority that does all the packaging. I do the reordering and pay him a decent wage.

I sell stuff on amazon, I relabel and sell shit. I have a few products, each one an "upgraded" version of another product on amazon. A couple products I am the only seller for. I also sell on ebay too, but ebay sucks and takes more effort.
