Rather simply, I putmy alarm clock at 11AM.
I use to wake up arround 5-6PM, which really destroyed my life.
Waking up at 11 was a huge improvement and allowed me to see the sun during the day. Plus, as I feel better, I do more stuff in my day and was kess resilient to go to bed "early" like 2-4AM.
Now I wake up at 7AM but I can't manage to go to bed earlier than 2AM. I need more work on myself.
