For example, I run a small custom cabinet shop. Clear about 230K a year. I hire employees, pay them $20-27/hr, and what I charge averages out to ~$70 per labor hour plus materials for any jobs I do. Sure you have rent, machines, materials, but a 50% deposit more than covers materials, and it's basically zero risk. The only time someone skipped out on a payment was in 2009 deep in the recession, and I have done 700K+ in revenues since 2005.

My employees could sign a lease, buy <80K of machines, and be making $60/hr+ by next week. SBA would prob fund the whole thing. Literally all the information to do it is in their daily routine, they just lack the willpower/foresight because they have been wagecucking for so long.
