ITT: Give tips to fellow anons to make life less miserable for long-term. No-bullshit.

1) Stop buying things you don't need.
2) Stop wasting money on supplements/nootropics in the hope of changing your life. And stop abusing substances you mongrel.

Don't be that retard who makes pancakes from scratch, it will net you a time loss of half an hour just to clean everything.
6) Exercise as soon as you get home from work, no excuses, not exercising will literally depress you over time.
