Saying that you should buy next year is arbitrary though. I don't know for sure, but it looks like they might not be done with the software before 2020 from rumors I heard. As long as they are not done with the software. I don't expect major price movement. You still want in before the major price movement though, so now is not a bad time to buy, it's just that it probably isn't the best time to buy. The fundamentals didn't change. The only thing that changed is that there were some delays.
