Went on a nice 5 mile hike to catch a sunset and hiked down in the pitch black without using my headlamp for fun. Doing alright and getting outside like that allows me to escape the obsession of checking cryto prices like a maniac.

Do not forget to enjoy life my brothers.

Oh yeah and I was also addicted to heroin for about 4 years and now I am 9 months clean so it can always be worse
