Not sure, I drink only water / green tea, maybe 1 soda per week. I dont know how long they take to grow as I was less healthy a year+ ago drinking alcohol and energy drinks regularly. I captured the stone though, just have to take it to the urologist for analysis. Just drink tons of water and put lemon in water when you can and you wont end up like me. There was "only" two stones so it could have been worse.
