The biggest mistake that most people living the family life make, is that they have kids while they have to work for a living. This chains them to their jobs because they have the kids to support. This loss of freedom causes unnatural pressure on the parent, and for some people can cause some level of regret and resentment towards the kids. The smartest way to do the family life is to only have kids if you reach a place in life where you don't have to work for a living. Unfortunately, most people feel entitled to have kids if they want them, regardless of their financial situation, so that sense of entitlement makes most people fuck up this core concept of the family life.

As far as the NEET/forever alone/single life, it's not psychologically healthy to be alone for an extended period of time, however if a person doesn't have the self control and discipline to do the family life the right way, they're better off not doing it at all, because being alone only negatively affects you, creating a family the wrong way negatively affects the kids as well, and the kids don't have a choice in the situation.

at its core, nietzsche confuses having a closed-up mind with strictly listening to ones moral compass/intuition and thereby (unknowingly?) uses a strawman argument.
he thinks he attacks what people feel as ultimate "good" (their inner compass) yet actually describes the negative quality of not being open to new ideas, of filtering out things one doesn't want to be true and so forth.
nietzsche wasn't exactly an intellectual, you know. his language is extremely beautiful and poetic, his criticism of common (!) people is spot on (the beginning monolog of thus spake zarathustra alone is fantastic) and he really knew how to mimic religious symbolism, but in the end there is not much substance to his arguments, not much to refute or even take away - the main thing to gain from him is an appreciation for beautiful language (which you probably won't get from the english translation) and an emotional connection to his triumphant beatdown of common idiots.

again: this just goes to show how confused you are, because no one in their right mind thinks of nietzsche as a source for an actual worldview. he was extremely good at poetically shitting on two-digit-IQ NPCs in his time but never really contributed to actual philosophy.

It's totally true. That's why you need rules. I keep a golden rule of NEVER smoking weed before 19:00, and only 1 and a half max per day. It boost my creativity, makes me more redpilled and curious, makes me understand things about my past, understand my self. It's the best thing that has happened to me, but always with rules.
