Yeah, that was the page showing all the nodes doing all the jobs from the very beginning of mainnet.
At first there were three nodes (Linkpool, Fiews, and Chainlink iirc); and now you can see all the new ones in there as well, and you can also notice as soon as a new one is added.

hmm but I'm asking more about an explorer similar to mainnet but for Kovan, I don't think there is one, nor have they open sourced the maininet one as it'd be straightforward to get a testnet explorer running too if they did

any anons want to ask for them to open source the explorer?
