Why or how are people still selling Altcoins? They've been getting sold off for now, 3 months straight. But I look at my alt and I still see people selling.

Because exchanges market sell their customer's alts and buy back the bottom to make a profit while keeping the customer alt numbers the same.

It's been happening for a while and I know a couple of large exchanges personally that actually do this.
