I'm not a NEET. Currently studying Industrial Engineering somewhere in Germany, have 10k euro in bank account, 30k in property shares, no debt, and not obese.

I know I'm not rich, but I think I'm a bit more successful than the average person my age. What am I doing wrong /biz/? I thought girls are attracted to shekels

your problem is that your money is only for investing and your educational portfolio is directed only to work *for* other people, not the other way around

you must decide if you want to be one reeping the rewards from couch investments like stock, bonds, indexies, cryptocurrencies etc etc or actually start a business where you have a higher degree of freedom first hand

both investments are equaly risky and the risk depending on how big of a shithead you are, its almost a 1:1 graph
