I guess I’m writing this from the perspective of someone who is the exact opposite of you. I’ve always known what to say, how to flirt, what to do, and how to get a girl to notice me. I’m not saying these things to belittle you, but for you to see things for the other side of the fence.

If I were to completely start over from zero knowledge and experience, the absolute first thing I would do is change my appearance. That means shaving, including your upper arms if you’re a hairy dude, trim the facial hair, go to a barber and get a haircut and make sure it fits your head. If you’re over weight go high and tight with a beard, if you’re on the skinny side give it some length. The most important thing when getting it cut it to know how to wear it and how to apply product. Boom, half of the battle is literally your physical appearance. Next, begin lifting weights. Go to YouTube and look at Steve Cook’s workouts and do his big man on campus routine. Super simple stuff. Don’t forget to stop eating like shit and knowing when to eat during the day or not to keep your blood sugar levels at a constant medium, no big ups and downs.
