Depends on whether we're pumping or dumping. I struggle to sleep during dumps (these last few days were pretty hard) but otherwise I get a solid 8 hours. Just get into a routine and lift in the mornings.

Wake up at 4:50 am.
show up at work at around 6 am because of allowances fo beeing early.
Have a nap in lunchtime.
Leave work at 15:30.

Rinse and repeat.

You might say that you don't want any supplements, but Melatonin works fucking wonders. It's a natural hormone you already produce in your brain, but some people produce too little of it. It's the hormone that makes you tired and makes you sleep really well. I sleep like shit without melatonin and always have. Your brain might be fucked like mine, so it's worth a try.

After a long day of farmwork, get to bed around midnight.
Wake up at 4:30am to cover plants for light deprivation; get back to bed at 5:00 and try to sleep.
Get back up at 9:30 to remove light deprivation cover from plants.
Do farmwork all day with occasional breaks for food & shitposting here.
Repeat.

Same anon, even very small doses (like 100ug) make me very restless, toss and turn all night. I usually get awesome dreams from it but I wake up feeling like I got 0 hours of shuteye.

Same thing happens with magnesium. Ironically I sleep better if I have some caffeine in the evening, about 4-6 hours before bedtime. Because I'm such a fiend, I start hitting caffeine withdrawala within 12 hours of cessation so if I slip caffeine all afternoon then the wds hit right as I go to bed. Which involves extreme body soreness and a sort of depressed restlessness.

Kinda low on sleep, but doesn't sound too bad once you get into the rhythm of waking up so early. You can still have time to do lots of stuff since you get off at 15:30.
