Its a BSV app that uses crowdsourcing to report network speed data. Theoretically you can set up a node on your mobile or desktop and earn BSV for providing your data, if they get it working (I haven't gotten a node running yet, but I want to). They won the most recent BSV hackathon. You could also use it to get network intelligence if you are an internet business.
