It's pretty simple, if it doesn't instantly make sense to you then don't bother. You buy options deep in the money(below 2% breakeven) with 2-6 months expiration(sell prior to 30 days expiration because muh rate of decay). You should ideally find a blue chip with an established trend of sideways movement. You should account for TA/FA/timing of earnings and news/muh real life situations/etc etc etc

This is the DITMLCSMM. I've been taking profits at earliest opportunity because I'm extremely busy and can't micromanage anything different, wish I could because this method is really best used at a slower pace.

Yeah, recently I've been messing around on Mario Maker 2 and I've pre-ordered the new Pokemon and Cyberpunk 2077. Just finished playing Divinity 2 with a buddy and it was excellent. The fact that it's equal.
A option is a right to buy a share/s of a certain stock. It's price is the sum of the time value which consists of a bunch of factors and the inner value which is basically what you would earn by excercising and selling the stock to the market. Options can only be excercised if the current stock price reached the strike price of the options. Then you can buy(using the options) to buy the shares from the guy who made the options for the strike price(unrelated to current market price). Options have an expiration date. If the current share price hasn't reached the option strike price then the inner value is 0 and the option price is only the time value. Time value is just "stock might still reach strike price, the possibility is there". The higher the chance the higher the time value. Time value decreases with time because the time window in which things happens gets smaller and price movements therefore more unlikely.
You can write options yourself and sell it on the market but if the share price reaches the strike price people will come to you and want a shit ton of shares and if you don't have them you will cry on the toilett for hours while shitting out cum.
