okay guys. so I have a situation I let my manager borrow some money and it was only a couple hundred bucks but then later on he came to me crying asking me to help him save his job by taking a $4,000 loan out that I did because he had to return money to the safe that he took out and he told me he would pay it back but he never did and now he is no longer with us before he left I had lent him another $600 for the same reason again so he doesn't lose his job and he ended up resigning after he had resigned I found out that he had borrowed money from several other people at the dealership a couple hundred here and there and had my buddy take out $2,500 loan for him as well to my general manager found out about this and he said the dealership will look into helping us get some of our money back however I have not heard anything from them and I don't know if there's any legal matters that I can do to get some of my money back because basically he owes me about $5,000 which I'm still paying a loan back every month
