You can learn it with low iq too, it'll take you more time, but you will learn it. I started learning it at 28 yo, you are 24 yo - you can do it.

It depends on what kind of job you are aiming for. Start with learning java first and try to make some mobile apps, see if you like it. There are lots of tutorials.
