Eastern European here.
There's a shortage of skilled labour here right now, because everyone who learned a skill went to Germany/Uk to earn 3-5 times more money.
Government: Lol, I'm asking money from EU to train people, but I'll just steal it and tax the shit out of minimum wage.
People: But I have a University degree, why I can't find job? Guess I'll was the dishes in Germany.
Companies: Hey where everyone? Ok, I guess I'll move my factory to Asia.
Me: Soo, I can get a full time job with in your office for $300/month with overtime..

You could leave home temporarily, go to UK/Germany, become bookkeeper or something that can be done remotely. Then get clients in those countries, establish strong relationships and then move home and continue working with existing clients. You would be cheaper than anyone in the country
