As long as the founding team holds 65% of the supply, prices will always remain surpressed. No insitutions will buy tokens when that large of a stake is owned by the founding team. This surge was entirely retail hype. The scale of possible dilution is too large a risk for any serious investor or firm. Until the supply has been distributed out of the hands of the founding team, the price will remain surpressed.
